MIKE AREMU BREAKS 8YEARS DROUGHT, RELEASE 4TH STUDIO ALBUM "COAT OF MANY COLOURS"



Renowned world class saxophonist, Mike Aremu has returned with a huge bang. Eight years on after his last CD. Album titled Unveiled way back in 2006, the elegant instrumentalist and highly travelled music crystal is here with a double album package titled Coat Of Many Colours. Coat Of Many Colours is a sixteen tracker double CD album with spanking singles including Doxology featuring Chidinma, Akowaba featuring M.I and Life Goes On amongst many other beautiful tracks which go on sale across the streets and CD shelves in Nigeria today the 13th of January 2014 courtesy of T Joe distribution network.

The album just as its name implies has a multitude of dazzling shades, it is a complete blend of sound, style and music genre out of Mike's competence and versatility to suit different feelings and encroach the average music fans worldwide. From Jazz to Hiphop, Hiphop to Salsa, so also Afro Beat, Ballad, Praise jam and African worship, it is a delightful fourth studio album from the veteran. The album before now was released with a grand launch in the UK at the prestigious London Jazz Cafe sometime last year and also hoisted on the best music sites across the world including iTunes and Amazon. Other tracks on the deluxe effort includes Araba Featuring Sasha, Invincible featuring Wole Awolola, Holy Ghost Fire, Maker Of All, Vow, Praise Experience 1 & 2, My King, Oni Dan Dan (Today today) and others.

On the other hand, Mike Aremu who is currently on a tour of Europe with his full band will make history come February 7th, 2014 when he storm the prestigious jazz venue "Pizza Express" in Soho as the first Nigerian jazz artiste. A venue that has played host to the likes of Amy Winehouse, Jill Scott, Gerald Albright, Norah Jones, Diana Krall, Dave Coz and many more.
