When you have God and are submitted to Jesus Christ, you give up the spirit of fear in exchange for that of power, love and a sound mind! Fear is a recipe for disasters, including mental illness (unsound ness of mind)!!!
Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has chosen gladly to give you the kingdom. Sell your possessions and give to charity; make yourselves money belts which do not wear out, an unfailing treasure in heaven, where no thief comes near nor moth destroys. Do not give in to fear; trust in God and believe His Word! The Kingdom of God is yours if you only believe! Instead of running after worldly wealth, make provision for treasures in Heaven, where moth nor rust will never destroy, unlike the lot of worldly wealth! This will keep your heart pure and focused on what is most important; godliness and Treasures in Heaven!!!
'When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, "I will return to the house I left." When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation.'

When God cleans you up and out, you have a responsibility to maintain the temple of the living God; therefore, you need to clean house! This would prevent further infestation with aggressive negative spiritual influences that cause mankind to lose the Grace of God and lavish wantonly in desperation and sin! CLEAN THE TEMPLE!!!
(19) Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, (20) by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, (21) and having a High Priest over the house of God, (22) let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Hebrews 10:19-22
