Yemi Olatunji (YEMY) is a prolific singer, songwriter and a worshipper. His music could best be described as Afro/urban contemporary music, while some people call it Trado Contemporary music. The name of his music ministry team is "The Praising Xtian" (TPX) who are known to create an atmosphere of worship, praise and Edification in Gods presence. He has been a praise worship leader for several years and have blessed many lives with his ministrations.
He was born in Ibadan in Oyo state over 3 decades ago. A first child in a family of 5, Yemy is an indigine of Esa Oke, a town in Osun State Nigeria . He is also an Alumnus of OAU as well as a member of a Professional body called Chattered Institute of Environmental Health UK (CIEH uk). He has been a Music director for many churches till date. Yemy actually started writing and performing at small gatherings and concerts in 1996 as a Jazzist and an accapella singer.
