Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man. Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies. Psalm 60:11,12 KJV
"Hear, O Israel, you are approaching the battle against your enemies today. Do not be fainthearted. Do not be afraid, or panic, or tremble before them, for the LORD your God is the one who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.' Deuteronomy 20:3,4 NASB
In times of trouble, vain is the help of man. If you put your hope and trust in God Almighty in the Name of Jesus Christ, Victory is assured; because He Fights your battles and you have the Victory! Therefore, in approaching the battle/enemy, you must not show fear, panic, weakness or anything that shows you to be afraid or fainthearted! Be bold and very courageous. My people of the Yoruba culture say: "aye nini san ju ogun lo"! Meaning: to be bold and courageous is better and more effective than the use of charms or other "powers"! Father, Help us to trust and hope in You to Fight all our battles; so we do not rely on our own strength or on man for help in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD. Psalm 27:5,6 KJV
God Protects all who take refuge in Him and who make Him their Rock and Shield! Therefore, I have chosen and decided that as for me and my household, we will worship, hope and trust in the Lord God Almighty in Jesus Christ. Amen! Thus, the Lord Shall lift our heads up above our enemies; and Cause us to sacrifice unto Him joyfully with songs of praise in His House in Jesus' Name. Amen! Father in Heaven, in the Name of Jesus Christ, let this be our portion in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence: if our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. 1 John 3:19-20 (NIVUK)
Please God Help us with our hearts and consciences to work together in a way such as to be pleasing to you and not condemn us. The consequences of our hearts condemning us are dire o Lord; we cannot bear it. We need the confidence of our hearts not condemning us to approach You freely for whatever we need. O Lord, Help us in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
