When a child is wise, such wisdom is reflected and manifests in his/her thinking, speech and actions; and the parents are proud and glad. Likewise, foolishness is reflected and manifested accordingly; but this brings grief and sadness to the parents. Father, Help us to be good wise children to our parents in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
"Now then, my sons, listen to me; blessed are those who keep my ways. Listen to my instruction and be wise; do not ignore it." Proverbs 8:32,33 NIV
Hear the consistent voice of wisdom again; calling out to all who would care to listen to wisdom to keep to the ways of wisdom and to listen to wisdom's instruction and to be wise.
You are encouraged not to ignore wisdom's call. Do you listen to the voice of wisdom in your daily life? Hmmmm! Father, Help us; Give us Your Wisdom and Encourage us. Touch our hearts to obey the instructive voice of wisdom and reasoning in our lives in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother" - which is the first commandment with a promise "That it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth." Ephesians 6:1-3 NIV
If you value the Word of God and love the Lord God Almighty, you will take the Word of God seriously to obey His Commandments in fulfillment of Love in your life. Honour your father and mother. If you obey this Command, you will live long and it shall be well with you on earth. But how many of us take this Word seriously; especially us who claim to know the Lord? Father, Help us not to be hypocritical; but to be full with integrity as far as Your Word is concerned in our daily lives in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one.

If you are a child of God, you will know and be very sure; if you are not sure, then, you must rethink your position seriously and strive to ensure that you are a child of God, because, it is profitable unto you to be. You must also beware of the world; because, the whole world is under the influence and control of the evil one. You need to take precaution and extra care so as not to be influenced and or controlled by the evil one and his dictates. Father, Help Deliver us from evil in every way in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
(7) But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. (8) Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ Philippians 3:7-8 NKJV
In life, we have opportunity to accrue many gains. The believer must be willing to give all up for the Lord Jesus Christ. Anything that you cannot give up for the sake of the Lord JESUS Christ is not worth having and becomes a hindrance and a type of "god" unto you! For Christ's sake, all things, no matter how excellent become absolutely irrelevant and worthless. Seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness; then all things (that you need) shall be added unto you. This is what the Word of God says. Father, Help us to value Your Word above all else in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
