WHO IS MOST FAITHFUL & DEPENDABLE IF ONE'S LOOKING FOR LOVE, STRENGTH, DELIVERANCE, SALVATION, DEFENSE? THE LORD MY ROCK, REDEEMER, STRONGHOLD, MY ALL!!! JESUS!!!

I will love You, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; So shall I be saved from my enemies. The pangs of death surrounded me, And the floods of ungodliness made me afraid. The sorrows of Sheol surrounded me; The snares of death confronted me. In my distress I called upon the Lord, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, even to His ears.
The Lord lives! Blessed be my Rock! Let the God of my salvation be exalted. It is God who avenges me, And subdues the peoples under me; He delivers me from my enemies. You also lift me up above those who rise against me; You have delivered me from the violent man. Therefore I will give thanks to You, O Lord, among the Gentiles, And sing praises to Your name. Great deliverance He gives to His king, And shows mercy to His anointed, To David and his descendants forevermore.
Psalm 18:1-6; 46-50 NKJV

How could I not love You O Lord my God? You Defend me when I have none to speak up for me! Whom have I in Heaven but You? There is nothing on earth I desire besides You! My heart & my strength, many times they fail! But there is one truth, that always will remain! God is the Strength of my heart & my Portion forever! You Deliver me from my enemies and even Lift me up above my enemies! I will exalt You Lord for this & more because Your Banner of LOVE is firmly over me! You have shown me Mercy in addition o Lord my God & King! I will give You thanks & praise forever and ever. Amen!!!

(6) Then He came to Simon Peter. And Peter said to Him, "Lord, are You washing my feet?" (7) Jesus answered and said to him, "What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this." (8) Peter said to Him, "You shall never wash my feet!" Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me." (9) Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!" (10) Jesus said to him, "He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you." John 13:6-10

Just ponder awhile the essence of Jesus' "washing" of the disciples' feet & it's significance! A great act of Love with deep meaning! If only believers could get this meaning, how much better life would be for the Christian in general! Jesus Said by loving one another, the whole world would see/know that we are His followers/disciples! Can you love me like that? Do we love anyone like that? Believers! This is an open challenge to us all; what a big shame that mostly the answer is a big fat NO! Do we even love our individual/personal selves, let alone anybody else! After all said and done, if we keep looking after the intrest of "no 1" all the time, it shows that we don't really love our selves; because we are better off loving ourselves and our neighbours!!!
