In life, it is not the first birth that is more important but the second birth. If you are born once, you will die twice. That means anyone who is not born again will not only partake in the physical death, but also in the spiritual death. However if you are born again, you will only die once, that is physical
death, but you will live forever in eternity and reign with Christ and not partake in the spiritual death
which is also everlasting.
