Consider the blameless, observe the upright; there is a future for the man of peace. But all sinners will be destroyed; the future of the wicked will be cut off. Psalm 37:39,40 NIV
In life's experience, you will notice that the Blessing of God is truly upon the righteous! There surely is a future for the man of peace. The Bible says for I know the plans I have for you; the plans of peace, to give you a future and a hope ... etc.! The future of the wicked will be cut off with their hopes and expectations. They will be destroyed as sinners! Choose today! Righteousness, peace or wickedness, war? You will reap and have to bear the consequences. Lord, please make me a channel of Your Peace; I want to be a man of peace and reap accordingly in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble, And He knows those who take refuge in Him. Nahum 1:7 NASB
You can fool some of the people sometimes; but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time! You end up fooling only yourself! God is good ... all the time; all the time ... God is good! The Name of the Lord is a Strong Tower; the righteous run to it and they are Saved! The Lord is a sure and effective stronghold in times of trouble and He Knows those who take refuge in Him! Where are you taking refuge? Does the Lord Know you? Father God, keep me close to You all the time; whether in times of peace or war and trouble in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
Thou who hast made me see many sore troubles wilt revive me again; from the depths of the earth thou wilt bring me up again. Thou wilt increase my honor, and comfort me again. I will also praise thee with the harp for thy faithfulness, O my God; I will sing praises to thee with the lyre, O Holy One of Israel. Psalm 71:20-22 RSV
O Lord of true revival. Revive my family, myself and all who trust and hope in You in Jesus' Name. Amen! Only You commending me makes sense to me o Lord. Commend and recommend me according to Your Word and Truth o Lord. I'd rather You Honour me than be honoured by man! I will praise You from everlasting to everlasting; even with musical instruments and my voice, for Your Faithfulness in Jesus' Name. Amen! Help me o Father in Jesus' Name to do so increasingly till the end of my days here on earth!!!
God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Psalm 46:1,2 NASB
Fear is not our portion because we have a great and mighty God; our refuge and strength, ever present Help in times of trouble. No matter what we face and or whatever happens around us ever, we shall trust in the Name of the Lord our God and refuse to give in to fear. Lord, Help us never to give in to fear; but rather to trust and hope in Your unfailing Power to deliver us in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him. Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was passing by, they shouted, 'Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!' The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, 'Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!'
Matthew 20:29-31 (NIVUK)
Like these two blind men above, I will call upon the Lord; who is worthy to be praised! So shall I be saved from my enemies! The Lord Reigneth; and Blessed be the Lord; and may the Rock of my Salvation be Exalted! The Lord Reigneth; and Blessed be the Lord; and may the Rock of my Salvation be Exalted! No human rebuke, discouragement or bullying will I give in to; until I receive my full deliverance from the Lord my God in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
(7) And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. (8) Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. (9) And He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (10) Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:7-10
God allows "thorns in our flesh" to keep us humble! In going through your thorny issues; don't be discouraged even if you are unable to overcome the thorny challenges! The Grace of God is sufficient for you! The Lord's Strength is made perfect in weakness! So therefore infirmities are not necessarily an evil thing; and there is good that can come from thorny situations in life! Behind every cloud indeed; there is a silver lining! Out of darkness comes the Light! Shine Light into my darkness in Your mercies o Lord I pray in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
