When you are at peace in your heart, soul and mind, you will not succumb to the spirit of greed, covetousness and avarice! If you believe that God is with you and for you, He Will Provide all your needs. Put your whole trust in Him. Then the love of money will be far from you. Then the root of evil will not be established in your life. Otherwise, you are in trouble! Father Lord, please keep us free from the love of money which is the root of all evil in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
But godliness actually is a means of great gain when accompanied by contentment. For we have brought nothing into the world, so we cannot take anything out of it either. If we have food and covering, with these we shall be content. 1 Timothy 6:6-8 NASB
If we have our basic needs met, there is no need for succumbing to the love of money, which leads to other associated loves! Be contented with what the Lord Provides for you and save yourself from unnecessary heartaches! After all, we brought nothing into this world and take nothing with us when we leave! Father, Grant us wisdom to obey Your Word and be free from the love of money; so that the root of evil shall not be established in our lives in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
Let not your heart envy sinners, but continue in the fear of the LORD all the day. Surely there is a future, and your hope will not be cut off.
Proverbs 23:17,18 RSV
Do not fret when evil doers prosper! Do not envy them! You cannot be like them; if you fret and envy them, you will be tempted to be like them to your own peril! Just fear God and obey His Commandments! There is a hope and a future for the man of peace; for the righteous man who fears the Lord! Bless us o Lord; that we may fear You and obey Your Commandments in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. Philippians 4:11-13 ESV
The believer will have opportunity to experience diverse stages in life for their own learning and benefit; so they can trust God and be contented whilst living holy, godly lives! You can live through any circumstances because the believer can do all things through Jesus Christ who Gives them strength! Thank You Lord that You Give us strength to be able to do all things; because with You, nothing shall be impossible! Amen!!!
Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry. Seeing a fig-tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, 'May you never bear fruit again!' Immediately the tree withered. Matthew 21:18-19 (NIVUK)
The Lord is Able to Bless but also possesses the Power to curse! May we not fall under the wrath of the Lord nor His curse in Jesus' Name like the fig tree! Please Help us o Lord in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
