The greatest among you shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.

God places a great value and premium on humility! So much so we are told that God opposes the proud and gives grace to the humble! Jesus Christ is our prime example! Next to Jesus Christ are the little children! So much so that we are told in the Holy Scriptures that there is no place for anyone who will not come to Jesus Christ as a little child in the Kingdom of Heaven! God Favours the humble always in every way possible! How can you resist the devil for him to flee except with humility? Humility helps you even to avoid sin! Humility is what keeps you godly in your mindset. Would you not rather have God on your side? I would. So, I choose to yield to God! Please o my Father, Teach me humility so I can enjoy the very best of You in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
(15) Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (16) For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. 1 John 2:15-16
You love the world! Do not deceive yourself! If the Love of the Father is truly in you, then you will begin to hate the world and all it stands for! However, if you arrogantly refuse to yield to God, then the world will just simply eat into you all the more and you will regret ultimately! Lord, please Help me not to love the world; remove the love of the world from my heart. I want to be Your friend and not Your enemy; so Help me o Lord in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
