Melz Andrew is a young musical evangelist with a burning desire to reach out to his peers around the globe with the word of God, and eliminate common stereotypes associated with Christianity. Starting out as a secular recording artiste in 2010, his fellowship with admirably fiery young Christians and eventual encounter with God caused the total reformation that set him on the path he has been on since 2012. Ever since, he has devoted his musical skillset to spreading the gospel to one and all, irrespective of their standings. He is currently a 500Level Electrical and Electronics Engineering student in the Federal University of Technology, Minna.

'God Over Oxygen' is a song that emphasizes the greatness and absolute necessity of God; both to those who know him to significant extents, and those who know little or nothing about him. It seeks to make Him more than just an Idea in the minds of those yet to know him and to open their eyes to what they are missing, and also to reinforce concepts that Christians are already familiar with from whole new perspectives. Simply put, we need God more than what we need life.
