Humility begets much grace even as pride precedes a fall! God Has so Blessed the meek and humble; so much so He Has Decided that they will inherit the earth! Yet, most of humanity walk around daily in pride and arrogance that leads nowhere good or positive ultimately! Lord Help me to be one of Your sheep and not a goat which belongs to the world in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
For evil men will be cut off, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land. A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found. But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace. Psalm 37:9-11 NIV
No matter how clever evil and arrogant/prideful people are or appear to manifest, they shall be cut off as God Has pre-purposed! The fact is that definite judgment awaits all; and the wicked will have their share in destruction. They shall be no more; but the humble/meek shall inherit the land and be at peace ultimately in Jesus' Name. It pays to be humble in the Sight of God so you can be Lifted up in due season. Amen!!!
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness (meekness), self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. Galatians 5:22-24 NASB
Just reflect on the fruit of the Spirit above, against which there is no law because they are holy and lovely attributes/concepts! You have to belong to Jesus Christ and have accordingly crucified the fleshly passions and desires to be in line for these Blessings! Would you not rather have the fruit of the Spirit? I know what I want and have decided to follow Jesus Christ all the days of my life; God Help me to live this vision as appropriate in Jesus' Name. Amen!!!
Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak. She said to herself, 'If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.' Jesus turned and saw her. 'Take heart, daughter,' he said, 'your faith has healed you.' And the woman was healed at that moment. Matthew 9:20-22 (NIVUK)
The woman with the issue of blood had faith. She knew that if only she could touch the hem of His garment, she would be healed. It is clear that Jesus Christ NEVER discounted her faith; rather, for her faith's sake, He Healed her and declared that her faith had done it. Faith is more beneficial than doubt. Faith leads us to Jesus Christ and Heaven; doubts lead us to a dead end in death and destruction! You have the power to choose; I choose faith in Jesus' Name. May God Help me. Amen!!!
(5) If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. (6) But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. (7) For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; (8) he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. James 1:5-8
Wisdom is a necessity for holy living; I mean Godly wisdom! Do not fail to acknowledge if you lack wisdom; but rather, go to God in all humility and confess your lack and ask for what you need humbly without a doubt. Your doubting will get you nothing at all. However, faith will get you everything you ask according to the Will of God in Jesus Christ!!!
